What are Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex Certified fabrics?

If a fabric is labeled as Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex Certified you can be assured that it has been tested for and does not contain over 100 commonly used harmful, toxic or allergic substances.

  

Why design and manufacture products locally in Canada?

Our products are designed and manufactured in Canada to ensure a sustainable, ethical and transparent supply chain. We take pride in our close relationships with all individuals involved in manufacturing our products. Locally made products may cost the consumer more but the added cost ensures a fair wage for employees at mills and factories. 

 

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping Flat Rate Fee of $10 on orders under $100. Free Shipping on orders over $100. (Canada Only)

Alternatively, shipping is calculated based on weight and distance.

 

When will my order be shipped out?

Orders will be shipped out within 1-5 days of placing the order. You will receive a confirmation email when you place an order and an email when the order has been shipped. 

 

What is your return policy?

Returns available within 30 days of ordering in original packaging and in unused condition. Customers are responsible for shipping fees. Once we receive the returns (in unused condition) we will issue a refund.

 

What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges available within 30 days of ordering in original packaging and in unused condition. Customers are responsible for shipping fees. Once we receive the exchange (in unused condition) we will replace the items.
